Welcome to P.R.O.F.I.T.!
The P.R.O.F.I.T. Program is designed to provide you with a monthly analysis of your salon operation as it benchmarks your performance against industry standards and averages. By continually comparing actual results with projected goals, you can better achieve your desired year-end objectives. Additionally, P.R.O.F.I.T. also monitors individual service provider performance for so you can ensure each team member is reaching his/her goal as well.
TLC P.R.O.F.I.T. Package pricing: $250 per month, or $1500 for six months (Minimum six month commitment required)

Here is what you will need to do:

Fill-out the P.R.O.F.I.T. "Salon Questionnaire" |
 |
Sign and date the Program “Participation Agreement" |
 |
Send in the six month prepayment check or fill out the “Payment Form” |
 |
Forward your 1998 and 1999 monthly income
statements and balance sheet information. If monthly statements have not been prepared or
do not exist, please send your most recent annual statements. NOTE:Enclosed is a suggested “Chart of Accounts”. It is strongly recommended that you or your accountant follow this format to insure the most accurate reporting and analysis of your business. |

Fill out the "Stylist Information Form" for each service provider in your salon.Please update this information as necessary (i.e. new hires, pricing changes, etc.) |

Fill out the "Stylist Monthly Performance Form” for 1999 for each service provider.Please use a separate sheet for each service provider |

Fill out the "Salon Operations Form” for 1999 .Please fill out a separate sheet for each month. |

If you currently work with an accountant or bookkeeper, please complete and sign the "Authorization to Release Information” form |

*If you currently have SalonBiz TM software, there are two reports that will help you complete the P.R.O.F.I.T. Salon Questionnaire. These two reports are the Sales Summary and Close Day Summary (Daily Summary) reports.
